Musikstrasse, is an Italian No Profit Association, founded with the aim to promote cultural activities at national and international level and to support initiatives leading to the defense and development of the professional and artistic world of the music and audio visual sector. Musikstrasse, as a label owned by the publishing group BIXIO, has been released a classical music recording catalogue ranging from baroque to contemporary music executed by young talented performers and worldwide famous musicians. Musikstrasse has released a 24 CDs box set collection entitled KZ MUSIK including music composed in Concentration Camps from 1933 to 1945. The historical and cultural importance of this project has determined its success throughout Europe. Musikstrasse have been the promoter of several musical initiatives in different Italian towns having particular attention in projects aiming to encourage the musical education and the "culture of copyright".
